The terms of the legal agreement between the customer and Electrominor, Lda follow.
By accessing, browsing and using our online store ( www.electrominor.pt ), the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree with our conditions of use.
Electrominor, Lda may at any time change the conditions of use without prior notice to the customer, reviewing the conditions of use must be a practical rule for the customer.
Resolution of contracts (returns) - distance purchases made in www.electrominor.pt
For distance purchases (online and to be received at the address via courier), Portuguese law establishes that the consumer has a period of 14 days (commonly known as the reflection period) after taking physical possession of the goods, during which they can return the item(s). article(s) without the need to indicate a reason.
To this end, the consumer must communicate to Electrominor, Lda, within that period, their decision to terminate the contract, by email, or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to be sent to the address indicated below.
In cases of free termination of the contract, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, as stipulated in paragraph 2 of article 13 of decree-law no. 24/2014, of 14 February.
Contract resolutions (returns) – purchases made directly in our stores
For purchases made directly in a commercial space, unlike what happens in distance purchases, Portuguese law does not establish the obligation of the selling company (in this case, Electrominor, Lda accepts the termination of the contract (return) if that item is in compliance, and in this case, we only accept exchanges/returns when there is a product with a manufacturing defect.
Conditions for accepting returns/exchanges
Although returns/exchanges are accepted within the first 14 days for distance purchases (as described above), returned goods will only be accepted if they scrupulously respect the following conditions:
- The returned item must be intact and without any marks/damage from use or removal of films/labels.
- You will have to return the item together with its packaging, manuals and accessories intact and without signs of use.
-Along with the returned item, you will have to attach the invoice/receipt containing that same item.
Special customer request / custom-made parts - after Electrominor places an order for a product(s) from the supplier(s) at the special request of a customer or order of custom-made parts, it is not responsible for the failure to satisfy the product(s) and automatically refuse its return, as there was information/acceptance/agreement on the characteristics/specifications of the product(s).
In case of violation of any of these points, we will not be able to accept the return (and the consequent refund) or exchange.
Return Refund Ways
If you want a refund for online purchases, it will be made using the same method as the initial payment. Electrominor, Lda will refund the amount paid for the item as soon as a technical check of the condition of the product has been carried out and verification of compliance with the conditions described above ( conditions for acceptance of returns/exchanges). Electrominor, Lda will reimburse the consumer within a maximum period of 14 days from its return.
Guarantees
In accordance with the provisions of decree-law no. 67/2003, of April 8, with changes introduced by decree-law no. 84/2008, of May 21, all equipment sold intended for non-professional use is covered for a guarantee of conformity of the goods corresponding to a period of 2 (two) years for domestic use and 1 year (one) for professional use.
All products sold by Electrominor are not manufactured by it. At the time of sale, Electrominor passes the warranty on that product(s) to the customer.
If the purchased product is defective or faulty, the consumer must report the situation to our customer support ( online@electrominor.pt ) informing your invoice number and the description of the malfunction, as well as photos of the product(s) and other information that you consider relevant. Upon receipt of the item, a technical check will be carried out. In case of any lack of conformity, the item will be repaired or replaced.
Consumable products are excluded from warranty.
Information presented on the website
Although the content of this website is constantly checked and updated, Electrominor, Lda is not responsible for any publication errors that result from technical modifications by manufacturers, errors in updating prices, available quantities, images and other technical characteristics. Images may differ from the actual appearance of the products, without altering their basic characteristics. Orders will only be valid after our confirmation. In accordance with the provisions of decree-law no. 7/2004 of 7 January (with the changes conferred by decree-law no. de Agosto), regarding electronic commerce, Electrominor, Lda reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error or malfunction in Eectrominor, Lda's computers. As well as the contractual proposal arriving at its destination deformed and the error affecting an essential element of the contract. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
