HOW CAN I REGISTER?


To register, you can go to the top right corner of the page - where ´´my account´´ is located, then you just have to fill in all the fields on the registration form.
At the end of registration you will receive an email to validate your account. After this validation, you will be able to place orders.
Electrominor, lda declines any responsibility for delays in the delivery of orders, due to lack of data or incorrect registration data, however, in this case the customer will always be contacted to confirm the data.


HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?


To place an order, there are several possibilities.

You can register and then add the desired products to the cart by clicking the "Shopping Cart" button. (Preferential)

You can add products to the "Shopping Cart", then directing it to "Checkout". In this case, you can make the purchase without creating any type of registration and/or without a NIF.

You can make the purchase by sending an email to: online@electrominor.pt, requesting the same purchase.

When you receive the order, you must check the condition of the packaging. If they present any anomaly, you must immediately report the situation, via email:online@electrominor.pt.



HOW TO RECEIVE THE MATERIAL?



Electrominor, lda sends orders through Torrestir and CTT Expresso services.

We also offer the option of in-store pickup.



DELIVERY TIMES



The order, on average, is delivered within 24 hours (normal delivery time) to 72 hours in mainland Portugal, if the products are available in stock.

In case of unavailability of the product, the customer will be informed within 7 days of the expected delivery period – if the unavailability is temporary – or that delivery will not be possible, in which case, he will be refunded the exact amount of the amount paid , without any other addition.

All orders are dispatched with the same speed, however, for reasons beyond the control of Electrominor, lda, delivery of these by the Carrier may occasionally suffer slight delays.


INFORMATION PRESENTED ON THE SITE



Although the content of this website is constantly checked and updated, Electrominor, Lda is not responsible for any publication errors that result from technical modifications by manufacturers, errors in updating prices, available quantities, images and other technical characteristics. Images may differ from the actual appearance of the products, without altering their basic characteristics. Orders will only be valid after our confirmation. In accordance with the provisions of decree-law no. 7/2004 of 7 January (with the changes conferred by decree-law no. de Agosto), regarding electronic commerce, Electrominor, Lda reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error or malfunction in Eectrominor, Lda's computers. As well as the contractual proposal arriving at its destination deformed and the error affecting an essential element of the contract. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

CAN I CHANGE MATERIALS AND QUANTITIES IN MY ORDER?



You must contact us to change your order. If the order is still at our facilities, we will change it.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I PAY FOR AN ORDER AND THERE ARE MISSING MATERIALS?



If the order is incomplete due to stock outages, we will contact you within a maximum period of 7 days in order to change it to another equivalent product, keep the amount in credit for a next order or refund the money.



HOW CAN I CLARIFY ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ORDER?

OTHER CONDITIONS


Any and all orders may be canceled (with due communication to the customer) in the following situations:
- The ordered products are discontinued and are not available for delivery;
- Customer data is insufficient or not true;
- Failure to pay for the order within 3 days following the date on which it was definitively placed will result in automatic cancellation of the order.


VAT



The prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force.



PRODUCT PRICES



In accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law no. 7/2004 of 7 January (with the amendments conferred by Decree-Law no. August), Electrominor,lda reserves the right to unilaterally cancel any orders, the final price of which is wrong or out of date or whenever there is a programming error, malfunction of Electrominor,lda's equipment, as well as in the case of the contractual proposal arrives at its destination incorrectly and the error affects an essential element of the contract. The customer will be notified of this fact before payment is made, however, if payment has already been made the customer will be refunded in full.



ORDERS MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS - NON-STOCK PRODUCT / CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCT



After Electrominor, lda places an order for a product(s) from the supplier(s) at the special request of a customer, it is not responsible for non-satisfaction with the product(s) and automatically refuses its return. , as there was information/acceptance/agreement on the characteristics/specifications of the product(s).
Orders relating to special requests will only be ordered from a supplier, after payment has been made.
All products have a defined delivery deadline, however the same deadline may not be met due to lack of stock at the supplier. In these cases, you will always be contacted.
